Due To the complex nature of custom designs for your business, church, 
team, etc logo we ask that you call, or e-mail us to place these orders. 
Some of our competitors try to use online shopping carts to take custom logo orders
but it only adds more hassle and complexity. Imagine clicking a button for every different size, every different color every different style, every different ink or thread color ... Aggghhh

Payment Terms: All custom orders are pre-paid. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check or Money Order. International customers are also welcome to pay via International Wire Transfer.
Shipping: US Orders are shipped via Priority Mail or Federal Express/Fedex Ground. Other shipping methods are available on arrangement. 
Production Time: Most orders are completed in 5-10 business days. Rush orders are available at no extra charge (Fed-Ex Air Shipping charges may apply) If you have a rush order or have a special date you need your order by please let us know and we will meet your schedule. We can also arrange for drop shipping to tradeshows, or other events.
